Northstar Flameless Ltd. is a Calgary based manufacturer of propane powered catalytic heaters. The company was established in 1964 to service the expanding heating needs of the trucking industry.

Trucking Industry
Cargo heaters keep perishable (ie. beverages, canned goods, bread, cereals, snacks, and pharmaceuticals) freight from freezing.
Industrial Heaters
The heating element is identical to that used in the cargo heaters. Sheet metal is modified so it is suitable for industrial space heating applications.
Recreational Heaters
We offer several heaters ideal for tent trailers, fishing huts, recreational vehicles, out buildings, etc.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Northstar Flameless actively pursues other opportunities for its state of the art sheet metal manufacturing facility. We manufacture metal components for the Oil Patch, Phone Booths, Metal Furniture, Industrial Scaffolding and other applications.
Outdoor Cylinder Storage Cabinets
Northstar Flameless manufactures a unique style of outdoor cabinets to enclose and protect combustible gas cylinders for both industrial and retail applications.
