Industrial
Heaters are designed for stationary, non-cargo heater applications.
The
Industrial (R) Series infra-red safety heaters provide
instant efficient radiant heat.
These propane (LP) gas fuelled heaters are designed to
operate without electricity.
Ideal where spot heat is required.
Both our INDUSTRIAL and
RECREATIONAL Heaters operate on low-pressure propane (11" W.C.). A REGULATOR IS REQUIRED.

Infrared heaters exceed the most current standards

Northstar Flameless state of the art facility, our products
are rigorously tested at all stages of assembly. |

Northstar Flameless
Industrial Heaters are:
- SAFE :
Flameless catalytic heat operating at 850° F is below
the flash point of most flammable materials. Equipped
with a thermocouple safety shut-off system.
- PORTABLE :
With no electricity required, the heater and propane
fuel supply can be easily moved to the desired location.
An optional wheeled stand that holds the heater and
propane cylinder is available.
- ECONOMICAL :
Fuel-efficient catalytic combustion of clean burning
propane (LP) gas provides instant low cost heat without
toxic fumes or soot. Radiant heat is transferred
directly to objects, not lost to the air or through
inefficient heat exchangers.
- QUALITY :
Built to last from heavy gauge materials. High strength
wire guard protects heating element. Rust and corrosion
resistant powder paint coating.
- EASY
SERVICE: No moving parts,
engines or batteries. Pop-out control panel and
catalytic element assembly designed for easy maintenance
and parts replacement.

OPTIONS
- All models are available
with manual controls or thermostat controlled heat
modulation.
- Wheeled stand – holds
the heater and propane cylinder. Allows complete heating
unit to be easily rolled to desired location
- Regulator systems –
Pressure regulator (required) with standard or custom
length Canadian Standards Association (CSA) approved gas hose
is available.
- Regulator assembly with desired hose length is available.

FUEL EFFICIENCY
- 12,000 BTU operating at
continuous maximum heat production consumes a little
over one half pound of propane per hour. Standard 20 lb. tank
will fuel the heater for at least 36 hours.
- 18,000 BTU heater operating at
continuous maximum heat production consumes about a
pound of propane per hour. Standard 20 lb. tank will provide
fuel for a full 24 hours of uninterrupted heating.
